When you make an appointment at Trimsalon Mymzi, you automatically agree to our salon policy. Please read the following:

  • After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email for your appointment. If you wish to make adjustments or cancellations, this can only be done via WhatsApp.
  • For cancellations/rescheduling of the grooming appointment made within 48 hours (only via WhatsApp), 50% of the scheduled costs will be charged.
  • For cancellations/rescheduling of the grooming appointment made within 24 hours (only via WhatsApp) or No Show, 75% of the scheduled costs will be charged.

 

The following is expected from the customer when making an appointment for a grooming treatment:

  • Please walk your dog well before bringing him/her to the salon. The treatment can sometimes take a few hours, and it is unpleasant if your dog has to hold their needs for such a long time.
  • Please arrive on time (preferably not too early or more than 10 minutes late). It is important that services start and end on time, as a courtesy to the next appointment.
  • Dogs are free to roam in the salon and do not go into a cage. If your dog is not social with other dogs, please let me know.
  • Always bring your dog on a leash.
  • There may be a waiting time for your appointment. Your dog can roam freely in the salon but will need to wait before it’s their turn. Dogs don't always cooperate, or the coat might not be as expected, and while we do our best to be on time for all appointments, there are moments when this is not possible. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
  • Your dog must be free from fleas and parasites (this will help you avoid extra charges).
  • Extra charges will apply for matted or tangled fur.

 

 

If there are any special conditions, please let me know before we start the treatment. For example:

  • Skin and/or coat problems with your dog;
  • Medical conditions and/or contagious diseases (kennel cough, worms, etc.), use of medications, wounds, or recent surgeries;
  • An allergy to a certain type of food, a specific shampoo, or other substances;
  • Specific behavior of your pet that I need to take into account;
  • Is your dog in heat, neutered/spayed?

 

The well-being of the dog is my top priority, which is why it is important to periodically repeat the grooming session (on a breed-related schedule).
